Woodpecker Flooring

Situation
Woodpecker Flooring had a non-transactional website that only served as a digital catalogue. They wanted to establish an ecommerce presence and, in particular, allow customers to order flooring samples online — something their existing site couldn’t support.

Task
Our team was tasked with building a new website that enabled online sample ordering, supported a customised ecommerce workflow, and provided tools to guide customers through the buying process.
