What I Do

Things I can build you

I'm Alex. I build Shopify stores, WordPress sites and Laravel applications for agencies and brands who want a developer they can trust and who's fun to work with too.

Some of this is a proper project with a discovery phase and a launch party. Some of it is a fixed fee job I can turn round in a week. Have a look, and if you're not sure which one you need, just ask me.

Builds

Websites and apps, start to finish

Proper projects, with a discovery phase at the start and a launch party at the end.

Shopify Websites

Shopify stores for brands and retailers who want to sell more, from a light touch setup to a full custom build.

Website Development

WordPress sites for businesses, charities and public sector organisations, built to be found and easy to run.

Web App Development

Bespoke Laravel applications for businesses with a process no off-the-shelf tool quite fits.

Specialisms

For particular sorts of project

Projects with an extra layer to them, whether that's a second language, an agency's name on the finished work, or making sure AI knows who you are.

Bilingual Websites

Welsh and English websites that work properly in both languages, for public bodies, charities and businesses in Wales.

White Label WordPress

WordPress development for agencies. Your brand on the work, my name nowhere near it. From £60 an hour.

AI Visibility

Find out whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity recommend you, and fix what's stopping them.

Fixed Fee

Quick jobs, fixed prices

A clear price up front and a quick turnaround, for when you need something checked or fixed rather than built.

Not sure which of these you need, or after something that isn't on the list?
