How Does It Work?

1. The Brief

You send us the designs as either a Figma link or an Adobe XD file.

2. The Build

We’ll build the site and set it up on a staging server branded up with your domain. All credentials for the site will be setup with your email domain so nothing will be linked back to us.

3. The Review

You can review it internally or go straight for the client review – any feedback or amendments that are required get passed back to us, we fix them and get ready to launch.

4. The Launch

We take care of the whole launch process, from loading the site onto a production server to pointing the domain to the right place. Your client will never know

Ways of Working Together

Ad Hoc

Give us a call whenever you’ve got a problem and we’ll bill by the hour. Rates start from £60 per hour

Project Basis

If you’ve got a project coming up that you need an extra pair of hands on, or just want to hand off – we can take this and run with it for a fixed fee

Retainer

For reserved capacity and priority support you’ll be looking at a Retainer. These start at £999 per month.

Questions?

Will my client know you exist?

That is entirely up to you. We typically work as a “ghost” partner—you send us the designs, we build the code – and you take the credit. However, if you prefer, we can act as your internal “Technical Lead” on client calls or emails, using an @youragency.com email address to keep the branding consistent.

Who owns the code and Intellectual Property (IP)?

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, 100% of the Intellectual Property and code ownership transfers to your agency. We do not use proprietary “lock-in” code; we build using industry standards so any developer can work on the site in the future.

Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?

Yes, absolutely. We are happy to sign your agency’s standard NDA before viewing any creative briefs or sensitive client data. We respect that your client list is your most valuable asset.

How do we hand over designs to you?

We work directly from your design files. We are comfortable working with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch. We pride ourselves on “pixel fidelity”—meaning the code we deliver will look exactly like the design you signed off with the client.

How do you handle “scope creep” or design changes mid-build?

We know agency life moves fast. If a change is minor, we often just absorb it. If a request impacts the timeline or budget significantly, we will flag it with you immediately and provide a quote for the additional time, so you can get approval from your client before we proceed. No surprise invoices.

Can you work inside our project management tools?

Yes. Whether you use Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira, we are happy to join your board as a team member. This keeps communication centralized and allows your Account Managers to track progress in real-time.

How do you structure your pricing

We offer three models to fit your needs:

  1. Fixed Project Fee: Perfect for new builds where the scope is clear. We give you a set price so you can add your margin.
  2. Hourly/Day Rate: Ideal for ad-hoc changes or complex features where scope is fluid.
  3. Monthly Retainer: A set block of hours guaranteed each month for maintenance or overflow work.

Do you offer a warranty or support after launch?

Yes. All our fixed-price builds come with a 30-day warranty period. If any bugs or issues arise related to our code during this time, we fix them free of charge. After 30 days, we can move the site onto one of our Maintenance Plans for ongoing peace of mind.
