Sepsis Research FEAT: 400 Pages, Two Months, One Launch Date

Sepsis Research FEAT were trying to relaunch their website in time for Sepsis Awareness Month 2026. Their existing website had served its time on the wall well, and now its watch had ended.
However, they found themselves two months away from launch without an agency to build the site for them. They spoke to StationRd to manage the project, who brought me into the fold to get the site built and ready to launch.
With only two months to design, build and launch a website which needed over 400 pages of content creating, it might seem like an impossible task. But with some clever design choices and a bulk migration of existing content (which did include some aggressive search and replaces to fix various bits of content) we got it done and launched on time.
The final project included:
- Mass migration of hundreds of pages of content
- Build of a suite of custom content blocks to provide a branded page builder for content editors
- Bespoke donation form to allow for custom amounts and multiple payment methods
- Integration with Donorfy to collect donor details at the point of donation
